Dear brave souls of AIESEC in Moldova,

If you are now reading this, I bet you had a long AIESEC journey that has been full of adventures, learnings and beautiful memories. Do you remember meeting your teammates for the first time, seeing the project you worked for become a success or having your first speech in front of the plenary? You were able to live these wonderful moments because someone has decided to lead this organization and provide its members, including you, a wonderful, life-changing experience. What do you feel thinking about the fact that you can be that person now? Do you feel inspired by this idea? Do you feel excited and afraid at the same time? If so, you already have my trust and admiration.

I know it's a tough decision, but if it were easy, anyone would do it, right? I can promise you though; at the end, all of your fears will turn into proud achievements and wisdom.

And remember, as soon as you submit the application, you are committed to become the future of AIESEC in Balti/Chisinau and I believe it is an honor to accept this responsibility to build as WE ARE IN FOR THE LONG JOURNEY to build A STRONGER AIESEC FOR MOLDOVA because AIESEC IS A TEAM SPORT!
