How to answer the questions

There are three [3] blocks for the questionnaire. All the questions from the first 2 blocks: Personal Information and General Questionnaire are mandatory for you.

Next, you have to answer the all Specific Questionnaire for the LC you are applying for.

The answers should be submitted in a pdf document together with the application package. The design and presentation methods are up to you. Don't hesitate to use pictures, charts, diagrams or any other tools that can be helpful. Good Luck!
