In our entity (Provide the data) and evaluate each by using KEEP, START, and STOP analysis. And propose the key strategies for each (TM Process & TS Implementation).
2. Identify the importance of the synergy between Front Office (OGX, iCX, BD, MKT) and Back Office (F&L, TM&OD). How would you make the synergy happen based on the objectives, routines, and clear outcomes from it.
3. Analyze our Membership Competency based on Sales & Marketing, Team Management, and Product Understanding. Please propose the key strategies to improve them based on the timeline, touchpoints (E.g. Conference/Summit), and the outcomes.
4. Propose an Expansion Model for Initiative Group for AIESEC in Moldova. Explain how it would relevant to the entity and provide a clear strategy, timeline, and outcome from it.
